2. Email us the item number(s) you would like to order, quantity, your phone and fax #, & your contact information. A Sales Associate will contact you by phone to confirm your order and fax you the order form.

3. Fax us your request to 401-847-8076.   We will fax or call you within the hour with your order confirmation.  Please sign the credit card form & fax it to us for immediate shipment. We will respond to all phone or email requests by the end of the business day.
